Free delivery and assembly? What's the catch?

Sundays provides complimentary delivery on all items, regardless of size or price, to all Canadian provinces and across the continental US. For larger items, including sofas, beds and dining tables, we also provide free in-home assembly and removal of packaging. There is no catch—we feel that delivery and set up should be as efficient as possible.

If you would like to ship your order to the Canadian Territories, Hawaii or Alaska please reach out to our Customer Care team to support processing your order. Note, an incremental shipping fee will apply.

How do returns work?

If something doesn't work for you, we will make it right. Returns for refund or exchange will be accepted within 30 days of delivery in original condition. See our return policy for more details.

Do you offer a warranty on your products? What is covered?

Yes! As of August 22, 2025, all purchases are covered by a limited five-year warranty, which protects against confirmed imperfections in manufacturing or craftsmanship starting from the day your order is delivered. Purchases made prior to this date remain covered under our previous two-year warranty.

There are a few limitations and exceptions, which you can explore in more detail on our warranty page.

Can I pay for my order in instalments?

Yes! We are partnered with Affirm, allowing you to split your purchase into regular payments. We offer monthly instalment payments for orders from $200 to $15,000. For more information on how it works, see the Affirm FAQ.

How do I know what sofa is right for me?

Are your fabrics really stain resistant?

Yes, our fabrics really are stain resistant! Our sofas are made with durable and cozy performance fabrics. You can easily clean up most spills with a paper towel. For tougher stains, you can use mild soap and water, or on some of our sofas you can remove your slipcovers to wash them. We recommend dry cleaning or machine washing them on a cold, gentle cycle, then hang to dry. Not sure which fabric is right for you? Our free swatches make it easy to find a fabric that feels right for your space.

How do I know if the sofa will fit into my home?

To make sure your sofa will fit, we always recommend measuring your entryways, hallways, and the room itself. This guide walks you through each step. Modular sofas also add extra flexibility since each section comes in separately.

    It’s a good couch

    My partner and I bought the 'Get Together' sofa from Sundays after a couple weeks of exploring a bunch of options. The staff at the Ossington store were helpful, not pushy, and allowed us to take our time with the decision. After a few visits to Sundays, as well as to other furniture stores, we decided on the modular Get Together and we couldn't be more happy with the purchase. Given the investment we wanted to make sure it was a piece that would last and grow with us. It's been about a year now and the couch has held up beautifully.

    Comfy couch that works as a sleeper bed as well

    I am so happy I decided to go ahead and get this couch. I was really looking for something that was extremely comfortable but also good looking. It had to be able to handle movie sessions, naps, relaxing sessions journaling, chats with friends and look good while doing it.

    The cushions are extremely comfortable and hold their shape very well. I'll fluff them about once a month and they look great. I've had to sleep on it when I have people staying over and it was really good comfortable sleep. I'm 5'3 and I had lots of room. I removed all the side cushions and it felt roomy and cozy. I didn't overheat either. I've had to sleep on it a few days in a row and it did not sag or get pushed down.

    I love them but I can think of a few ways that these could be better. I would love if it if they had storage options since the couch does go all the way to the floor. I find that the cushions have some pilling but I have been using them a lot. There has not been a single day that I've not sat on them since I got them in Jan 2026.

    They've stood up really well and I feel like these will be around for a while
