Free Delivery? What's the catch?
It's true. Sundays offers complimentary delivery. For large items such as sofas and sectionals we also offer free set up and removal of packaging. There is no catch - we feel that delivery and set up should be as efficient as possible.
Which sofa size fits my need?
Generally, smaller sofas fit well in smaller spaces. We recommend measuring at least 2 feet for walkways. For smaller apartments, a love seat or a smaller sofa such as the cultivate 2.5 seater are your best bet.
Can I order a swatch before purchasing a product?
Yes! We’re happy to send complimentary swatches of most of our fabric products. Get in touch with us to request a swatch. Your swatch will arrive via mail within 1-3 weeks.

Where are your products made?
Our product line is designed by our team in Vancouver, Canada. We work with factories in Asia and Europe to create modern pieces that work together in our curated collections.
What kind of sofa is best for pet owners?
The best sofas for dogs that shed are leather. Cats are a little trickier as they can scratch the leather - we recommend advising your cat not to scratch your sofa!

Looking for a sofa that fits the whole family during movie nights, can withstand kids jumping on it, and still look stylish? Check out our favourite family-friendly sofas below.
The Sunday Sectional is a solid choice, constructed from a solid wood frame with nozag springs. Its Graphite colour camouflages accidents well and its cotton, linen, and polyester blend is easy to spot clean. Large back cushions leave plenty of space for the family to sprawl out.
The Movie Night Modular Sectionals are great for spills due to the LiveSmart stain resistant fabric. The cushion covers are removable and can be dry cleaned as well.
Look for the feature 'reversible cushions'. Many of our sofas have this great feature. Along with being removable, cushions that can be flipped are great for hiding stains, as well as for the longevity of your sofa.
Our furniture is rated for everyday residential use, and is designed to be well-loved and to last. Of course, when it comes to children and pets, mishaps can happen. Think of them as happy accidents! Spills, stains, and markings simply add to the character of our pieces. Over time, your furniture will patina gorgeously and become truly, uniquely yours.
Do you have any vegan sofa options?
Are the colors shown in photos accurate?
We aim to present the color and texture of each product as accurately as possible. All photos on our website are taken by professional photographers with lighting conditions that reflect residential settings. How these photos are displayed on individual screens may vary based on different factors. If you’re unsure about a color, get in touch with us and we will happily send you a free swatch.
How do returns work?
If something doesn't work, you can return it for exchange or refund in new condition with original packing within 30 days of delivery. We charge a flat rate return shipping fee of $150 (or $75 for items that can be shipped via small parcel), which will be applied against your refund or exchange.
If you do not have the original packaging, a return re-packaging fee of $75 will be applied.
I am new to your website and I am concerned about submitting my credit card information online. Is it safe to place an order on your site?
Yes, submitting your credit information on our website is safe. All information inputted into our website is encrypted and we will do our best to protect its security in our systems. Specifically, every web page on our site uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption, which makes all information inputted unreadable should anyone try to intercept it.
Will you sell or distribute my information to other companies?
No. We'll only communicate with you if you want to hear from us and we will never provide your information to other companies. If you prefer not to receive emails from us, please unsubscribe from our mailing list or contact us to let us know.
Do you charge sales tax?
We charge sales tax in provinces or states where we are required to by law. Any applicable taxes will be displayed clearly at checkout.
Do you offer any payment plan options?
We have partnered with Splitit to allow customers to shop and pay with interest-free, monthly payments. Unlike other buy-now-pay-later plans, Splitit isn't new financing. Splitit lets you use your existing credit without paying interest, so you don't need to carry new debt. In order for this to be possible, the full amount is pre-authorized in advance, but actual payments are posted on a month-to-month basis. Simply choose the SplitIt option at checkout and use your credit card to turn your purchase into smaller payments. You can read more details about how it works here!
Do you have showrooms?
We’re proud to offer direct-to-consumer products so that our customers get long-lasting, affordable pieces. At Sundays, we work directly with our factory partners — this means we are able to be more accountable for each piece in our collection and we are able to maintain luxury quality at more accessible price points.
If you're in the Vancouver, BC area, we currently have a pop-up shop located at 1515 West 6th Avenue. If you're in the Toronto, ON area, we currently have a pop-up shop located at 113 Ossington Avenue. You can find more information on both locations here.
Additionally, we know it’s hard to get a sense of furniture that you can’t physically see and touch. That’s why we offer free swatches and a tightly curated collection.
