Any spills should be cleaned with lukewarm water immediately. Do not use acid or bleach-based cleaning products as they may affect the waterproofing and create permanent stains.

Free delivery and assembly? What the catch?

Sundays provides complimentary delivery on all items, regardless of size or price, to all Canadian provinces and across the continental US. For larger items, including sofas, beds and dining tables, we also provide free in-home assembly and removal of packaging. There is no catch—we feel that delivery and set up should be as efficient as possible.

If you would like to ship your order to the Canadian Territories, Hawaii or Alaska please reach out to our Customer Care team to support processing your order. Note, an incremental shipping fee will apply.

Do you offer a warranty on your products? What is covered?

Yes! As of August 22, 2025, all purchases are covered by a limited five-year warranty, which protects against confirmed imperfections in manufacturing or craftsmanship starting from the day your order is delivered. Purchases made prior to this date remain covered under our previous two-year warranty.

There are a few limitations and exceptions, which you can explore in more detail on our warranty page.

Can I pay for my order in instalments?

Yes! We are partnered with Affirm, allowing you to split your purchase into regular payments. We offer monthly instalment payments for orders from $200 to $15,000. For more information on how it works, see the Affirm FAQ.

    Solid and beautifully made bed!

    We absolutely love our Form bed! It’s really well made and brings a sleek and modern look to our bedroom. It’s incredibly comfortable and the perfect bed height. The storage drawers are an added bonus and are super helpful for storing our summer/winter clothes when not in use.

    Beautiful, modern, solid and silent

    Great design, elegant, solid and silent king size bed.

    We chose an 11' inch hybrid mattress, medium firm, and it made the bed the most comfortable we have ever slept in.

    Great bed

    Very solid and well made. Looks amazing in our room. The white glove delivery service was so good too. On time, fast and no mess left behind. Definitely worth paying the price for this bed!
