I got my couch 1/2024 and even with regular fluffing (at least every other day + flipping the cushions weekly) the couch is completely deflated to the point where it hurts my back to get up/off the couch. I picked it for my family with 1 large dog and 2 adults because it was supposed to hold up. The fabric did but the cushions did not. This couch was over $5k and now I’m dropping more money to buy a new couch a year later. Don’t fall for the Instagram ads like I did.

I was really excited about my couch, and it was great for the first 2 months, but a bunch of the feathers are already coming out within the 3 months, which was shocking. Way too many for a brand-new couch, especially for one that costs over $4000.

I loved my Movie Night sectional from the moment it arrived. The fabric felt luxuriously soft and the deep, plush cushions were exactly what I wanted for family movie nights. Unfortunately, after about five months of daily use, the honeymoon phase has worn off.
For a sofa that cost over $5k, I expected it to hold up better. The cushions lose their loft quickly and need constant fluffing (which Sunday's recommends you do anyway), otherwise they flatten out and become uncomfortable. The biggest frustration, though, is the fabric—it pills like crazy. I’ve resorted to draping a sheet over it just to avoid taking a fabric shaver to it every few days.
I still love the look and overall feel, and I wish I had chosen the “large” size for more lounging space, but the upkeep is more than I anticipated. Beautiful design, but the quality doesn’t quite match the price tag.

I bought two movie night 2 pc sofas for my living room - they are the perfect comfy-cozy sofas! My family - including 3 dogs - LOVE hanging out of them. The back support is quite low so the cushions do sit a bit more messy than the online pictures but it doesn't bother me since my room is supposed to have a soft lived in look.

I should have listened to all of the 1-star reviews. We just got our couch delivered last week and for the price I paid I believe you can get a lot more for your money somewhere else. The construction of the couch is very sturdy, solid wood construction, and the fabric seems ok. We went with the oatmeal fabric and I will advise you against that as it came looking like a used couch with the fabric already pilling and the fabric itself not very comfortable. I’ve tried contacting Customer Service about potentially swapping the cushion covers because I read you can do that however It’s been five days and I haven’t heard anything back.
