Care: Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. To treat light stains, use a soft cloth, tightly wrung in water that has been boiled and then cooled to room temperature, or leave them to be absorbed into the naturally developing patina.

Free delivery and assembly? What's the catch?

Sundays provides complimentary delivery on all items, regardless of size or price, to all Canadian provinces and across the continental US. For larger items, including sofas, beds and dining tables, we also provide free in-home assembly and removal of packaging. There is no catch—we feel that delivery and set up should be as efficient as possible.

If you would like to ship your order to the Canadian Territories, Hawaii or Alaska please reach out to our Customer Care team to support processing your order. Note, an incremental shipping fee will apply.

Do you offer a warranty on your products? What is covered?

Yes! As of August 22, 2025, all purchases are covered by a limited five-year warranty, which protects against confirmed imperfections in manufacturing or craftsmanship starting from the day your order is delivered. Purchases made prior to this date remain covered under our previous two-year warranty.

There are a few limitations and exceptions, which you can explore in more detail on our warranty page.

Can I pay for my order in instalments?

Yes! We are partnered with Affirm, allowing you to split your purchase into regular payments. We offer monthly instalment payments for orders from $200 to $15,000. For more information on how it works, see the Affirm FAQ.

What kind of wood do you use?

We use solid woods, particularly hardwoods like oak, walnut and ash. We choose these materials because they look great, hold up for years, and reflect our commitment to lasting quality. Softwoods (like pine or fir) are lighter and more prone to dents and wear, while hardwoods hold their shape, resist everyday knocks, and maintain their finish for years. Solid wood offers a warm, organic feel that ages beautifully, with natural grain variation that makes every piece unique. It also stands the test of time and develops character as it ages.

Can I order a swatch before purchasing?

Yes! Our free swatches make it easy to find a fabric that feels right for your space. You can order directly from our website—look for the “Order Free Swatches” section on our product pages. Once your order is placed, your swatch will arrive via mail within 1-2 weeks.

Beautiful chairs
These chairs are everything we had hoped for. They are comfortable, sturdy and simply beautiful. We found them to be expensive, even on sale, but they did not disappoint and we feel we will have them for a long time.

Great but why pack of two!?
When we first purchased these chairs years ago they were sold individually and we purchased 3 to go with a bench. Now our family has grown and we need one more! Would love if the option to purchase singles was available. Definitely don’t need two - reached out to customer service with no response.

Dine In Dining Chairs Review
We love the chairs as far as the minimalist style and appearance, as well as how solid and well constructed the chairs are. Further, the density of the foam makes the chairs nicely comfortable. However, the chairs are described as "Taupe" in color, but they truly, without question, are GREY. This was definitely a disappointment, but we elected to keep the chairs regardless.
