Get Together™ 2-Piece Modular Sofa, Standard, Light Pebble

Two (2) piece, large, Get Together Sofa delivered yesterday. This is the first time that I've ever purchased furniture that I hadn't personally seen or tried out. As a boomer who remembers what customer service used to look like, Sundays sets an example at five (5) Stars on communications with their staff and their delivery service

This sectional replaced a well worn, and loved, Bauhaus sofa. As I'm a demanding perfectionist that insists on quality, had I sat on this sofa prior to purchasing, would I have bought it? Probably not. Still, I've no plans to return it.

For this price point, I had expected higher quality. Upon unboxing, I noticed that approximately three (3) inches of the bottom fabric had been folded over upon itself for packaging. When folded down, a very noticeable crease can be seen . I was surprised that the fabric had not been attached in some manner to the frame. Additionally, the fabric doesn't hang evenly in all places with one corner that actually touches the floor (see photos).

The sofa is firmer than I had thought, though I believe that it may soften with use. There is a "soft" squishing noise, that sounds like plastic, when you first sit on the couch though it's not noticeable when shifting position.

We actually had a difficult time getting comfortable with the "Large" version. There are not enough extra pillows to get comfortable. An option to purchase more would be a nice touch. I found the sofa to be more comfortable in removing the throw…

We shopped around for couches for several months before landing on Sunday's Get Together couch. Our area had a showroom so we were lucky enough to test it out beforehand. We instantly loved the comfort of the cushions and decided to get the regular depth/length couch as our living room has limited space. The fill is plush, thick, and has a unique and soft crinkle sound due to the cushion mix, which the rep said includes feathers. The regular depth was perfect as we thought the deep seats in the showroom were a bit too deep and large for our size (5'5" and 5'11"). We have pets and there have been a few stains, but the covers are super easy to clean with a rag and a bit of dish soap. The removable covers were a requirement for us, but we haven't had to remove them yet since they are so easy to clean. Pet fur is also easily cleaned with our hand vacuum. We've already taken many naps and enjoyed several movies thanks to this absolutely perfect couch!
