Our signature, family friendly LiveLife fabrics are stain resistant, moisture-repellant, washable and non-toxic, offering durable protection for years to come.
Care (wood): To clean, use a damp cloth and pH-neutral detergent, then wipe dry. Avoid contact with acidic liquids, such as soda, fruit juice, or vinegar. Any spills should be cleaned with lukewarm water immediately. Do not use acid or bleach-based cleaning products as they may affect the waterproofing and create permanent stains.
Care (fabric): Remove loose debris and blot stains. Blot or spray a solution made of 1 part solvent and 4 parts water, allowing the solution to soak in. Thoroughly rinse the fabric with water. Let the area dry completely.

Free delivery and assembly? What's the catch?

Sundays provides complimentary delivery on all items, regardless of size or price, to all Canadian provinces and across the continental US. For larger items, including sofas, beds and dining tables, we also provide free in-home assembly and removal of packaging. There is no catch—we feel that delivery and set up should be as efficient as possible.

If you would like to ship your order to the Canadian Territories, Hawaii or Alaska please reach out to our Customer Care team to support processing your order. Note, an incremental shipping fee will apply.

Do you offer a warranty on your products? What is covered?

Yes! As of August 22, 2025, all purchases are covered by a limited five-year warranty, which protects against confirmed imperfections in manufacturing or craftsmanship starting from the day your order is delivered. Purchases made prior to this date remain covered under our previous two-year warranty.

There are a few limitations and exceptions, which you can explore in more detail on our warranty page.

Can I pay for my order in instalments?

Yes! We are partnered with Affirm, allowing you to split your purchase into regular payments. We offer monthly instalment payments for orders from $200 to $15,000. For more information on how it works, see the Affirm FAQ.

Are your fabrics really stain resistant?

Yes, our fabrics really are stain resistant! Our upholstered pieces are made with durable and cozy performance fabrics. You can easily clean up most spills with a paper towel. For tougher stains, you can use mild soap and water. Not sure which fabric is right for you? Our free swatches make it easy to find a fabric that feels right for your space.
