    Cracked upon delivery

    We were so excited to get this table - However, when they delivered it, we noticed right away within minutes there was a deep crack in the table. I called their helpline, was redirected to their chat and later their email. We sent them photos and the online chat said that they will review it and see. Pretty disappointing to have a table delivered with a crack and their customer service be very vague about what they could do. How truly disappointing.
