It's so nice and well built, but the drawers kinda suck. Which is important when it's the whole purpose.
My first delivery was a failure. The assemblers could not open the drawers, and caused major damage in the process.
My second delivery, we could open the drawers and complete fulfillment. However, they only open about halfway. This means I can only use half of the drawer, which means I'm still using my old dresser as well as this one. I am currently waiting on a local service provider to contact me to see if there's a resolution on the drawers. Sundays support says the drawers should open to about 70-75%, but it's currently 50%.
Also, the dresser doesn't let you open more than one drawer per column at a time, which is annoying. If I can get my drawers opening all the way, it would be five stars.

This dresser is gorgeoooouuuuuusssss but unfortunately just not practical. The drawers only halfway making it really hard to reach things in the back. I understand for a metal tool cart or something like that to avoid tipping, but to leave ~7 inches unopened on a dresser? weird design. The "soft close" also makes an incredibly loud clicking sound every time is opens and closes.

The piece is well made and looks beautiful. However, it's a dresser for ants. The drawers really are too small for a couple to share and have enough room for their clothes. At this price tag I was really hoping for something both well made and nice looking but also functional and practical. This is not that. I decided to keep it because it is well made and nice looking but will need to get some additional storage to stick in the closet for the remainder of our clothes. Deeper drawers that pull out further for this cost please.
Customer service is excellent so 5 stars for that.

While we do love the design language and how it fits amazingly well with our overall vision of our place. I couldn’t help but notice the minor imperfections all around the piece from slates not aligning perfectly, drawers when shut are not flush that make it not worth this price. At this price point, you expect a well finished product and unfortunately, this doesn’t deliver on that promise. We still love the piece and decided to keep it, but still disappointed.
