Free delivery and assembly? What the catch?

Sundays provides complimentary delivery on all items, regardless of size or price, to all Canadian provinces and across the continental US. For larger items, including sofas, beds and dining tables, we also provide free in-home assembly and removal of packaging. There is no catch—we feel that delivery and set up should be as efficient as possible.

If you would like to ship your order to the Canadian Territories, Hawaii or Alaska please reach out to our Customer Care team to support processing your order. Note, an incremental shipping fee will apply.

Do you offer a warranty on your products? What is covered?

Yes! As of August 22, 2025, all purchases are covered by a limited five-year warranty, which protects against confirmed imperfections in manufacturing or craftsmanship starting from the day your order is delivered. Purchases made prior to this date remain covered under our previous two-year warranty.

There are a few limitations and exceptions, which you can explore in more detail on our warranty page.

Can I pay for my order in instalments?

Yes! We are partnered with Affirm, allowing you to split your purchase into regular payments. We offer monthly instalment payments for orders from $200 to $15,000. For more information on how it works, see the Affirm FAQ.

Can I order a swatch before purchasing?

Yes! Our free swatches make it easy to find a fabric that feels right for your space. You can order directly from our website—look for the “Order Free Swatches” section on our product pages. Once your order is placed, your swatch will arrive via mail within 1-2 weeks.

Will my mattress work for this bed?

Our storage bed frames are designed for mattresses that are 8"-12" thick and up to 130 lbs in weight. Anything larger may affect the bed's storage function.

    Excellent bed!

    We love our new cloud bed! Really impressed with the service at the store (we were advised to call a location instead of ordering online so there would be an extra layer of accountability in case any issues arose). The staff was very friendly and helpful, and responsive to our follow up email. Delivery was excellent. Communication through email kept us apprised of the status. The delivery crew was excellent. Fast, professional and clean. Finally, we love our bed. Enough cushioning to lean against at night before sleeping, and it came exactly as pictured.
