Cloud Bed, Full, Latte - Sundays Company Canada

We love our new cloud bed! Really impressed with the service at the store (we were advised to call a location instead of ordering online so there would be an extra layer of accountability in case any issues arose). The staff was very friendly and helpful, and responsive to our follow up email. Delivery was excellent. Communication through email kept us apprised of the status. The delivery crew was excellent. Fast, professional and clean. Finally, we love our bed. Enough cushioning to lean against at night before sleeping, and it came exactly as pictured.

We purchased our Cloud bed after months (or even a couple years…?) of constant reading, analyzing, and comparing various bed frames. We knew we wanted something that felt truly solid after a too-long period of sleeping in a just-okay IKEA Hemnes bed. No matter how far we branched out in our quest to find the Best Bed, we kept coming back to the Sundays website and the Cloud bed specifically.

During a short trip to Calgary we happily stumbled upon the Sundays showroom. Just that morning we had been discussing the need to finally pull the trigger on a bed but lamenting the inability to see most of the beds we liked in-person, so finding a brick-and-mortar Sundays felt like divine providence.

We had a fantastic sales experience at the Calgary Sundays showroom, which made us feel confident about such a substantial purchase. We appreciated the free delivery and set-up of our bed, too.

Now it’s been just over one month since we received our Cloud bed, and we are just as confident about our purchase as we were the first day. The most notable element of the bed is its extremely solid feel—not a single creak or groan has come from this frame, nor do we think there ever will. The low profile makes for an easy job making the bed each morning, and the removable cushion covers will help make cleaning and maintenance a breeze.

We’ve noted that the Cloud bed, being slightly lower to the floor than many other bed models, might not be the best option for those with certain mobility issues.…
