Sundays provides complimentary delivery on all items, regardless of size or price, to all Canadian provinces and across the continental US. For larger items, including sofas, beds and dining tables, we also provide free in-home assembly and removal of packaging. There is no catch—we feel that delivery and set up should be as efficient as possible.

Yes! As of August 22, 2025, all purchases are covered by a limited five-year warranty, which protects against confirmed imperfections in manufacturing or craftsmanship starting from the day your order is delivered. Purchases made prior to this date remain covered under our previous two-year warranty.

Light shedding is normal for natural fibre rugs, like wool, especially in the first few months. Wool fibres are shorter by nature, so some surface shedding is expected as the rug settles. Regular vacuuming (without a beater bar) will help minimize this over time. The shedding will gradually decrease, and your rug will continue to soften and develop its warm, lived-in character.

Vacuum regularly on the lowest suction setting, and always disengage the beater bar to protect the wool pile. Vacuum in the direction the fibres are woven. For spills, blot immediately with a dry white cloth (no scrubbing), then blot again with a cloth dampened with cold water or a wool-safe cleaner.

For a deeper refresh, sprinkle a dry rug shampoo or baking soda before vacuuming. With gentle, consistent care, your wool rug will stay soft and look beautiful for years.
